  ULTI PURPOSE TRAY The multi purpose tray can handle the same sizes as the cassette trays but in weights up to 220 . For very heavy paper stock use the face up (rear) paper stacker. This ensures g/m² that the paper path through the printer is almost straight. The multi purpose tray can feed paper widths from 76mm to 215.9mm and lengths from 127.0mm to 1320mm (banner printing).

As per the description, you are unable to install Toshiba e-studio printer on Windows 7.

Do you get any error message/code that the installation fails?

This issue could occur if there is any confliction with the installation or if the printer spooler service is not started. Please follow the methods:

Method 1: Try to install the printer after running the troubleshooter and fixit’s:

Hardware devices are not working or are not detected in Windows

Open the Printer troubleshooter

Diagnose and fix printer and printing problems automatically

Method 2Temporarily disable security software and firewall settings and check if you are able to install the printer

Disable antivirus software

Turn Windows Firewall on or off

Note: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you shouldn't disable your antivirus software. If you have to temporarily disable it to install other software, you should re-enable it as soon as you're done. If you're connected to the Internet or a network while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.

Method 3: Check if the printer spooler is started

a.Click on Start, then Run,

b.Type CMD in the run window and hit OK. Command prompt will come up.

c.Type:net start spooler and hit enter. This will start the printer spooler service.

d.Try to install the printer now.
